Leevers Supermarkets, Inc. (LSI or Leevers) is the third largest licensed operator of Save-a-Lot stores in the U.S. and has the highest sales volume. In the spring of 2021, Leevers purchased 17 Save-a-Lot grocery stores in PA/NJ. Now The Intersect is working with Leevers to lead a new Store Engagement Strategy to help the company gain a better understanding of its current and potential shoppers and satisfy customer needs.
The Intersect will execute the Store Engagement Strategy for five Leevers Supermarkets Save-a-Lot stores in North Philadelphia. The discovery phase of the project comprises surveys and interviews with stakeholders, including residents, city officials, educators, government officials, non profit organizations, religious places of worship, and key community leaders. Once completed, The Intersect will report our findings to Leevers.
